Back in the fall, I went to my boot camp for AWAI, the organization that teaches all sorts of direct sales copywriting—it’s where I learned my web writing.
And apparently, it’s where Brian Clark honed his writing chops, so he came back as one of the main speakers.
What’s so great about AWAI boot camp is that the “big names” are quite approachable and eager to talk. They don’t act like speakers at a lot of other conferences and run away from the attendees as quickly as possible.
(To learn more about AWAI, go here http://bit.ly/A8CbYl . It’s an affiliate link, but I only recommend to you what I truly believe in and use myself.)
Even before I met Brian, I knew I had one goal in mind. I wanted to meet him so I could ask if I could interview him for you. I just knew that what he’d have to say would help you in your business.
When I met Brian, he was a nice as could be and I was really surprised he was so quick to say “yes” when I asked about me interviewing him.
Here he is.
I won’t write any more so you can get straight to the interview. You’ll be quite taken with Brian’s personality. He’s a fun guy!
Listen to what Brain Clark, founder of Copyblogger, has to say about using Story Marketing:

Thanks for the interview Jan, great stuff in there. Hearing Brian speak at AWAI’s Boot Camp last year was one of my highlights too, so hearing him dive into the topic of Story Marketing here was a great follow-up. Thanks!
Julia, so glad you enjoyed this interview. Brian is soooo smart and interesting to talk to — I could have talked for him for much longer, but had to keep to my time limit. Love to get him back for another topic. Thanks for taking time to comment : )
Hi Jan,
Thank you so much for this wonderful interview!
Blessings,
Joy
